Dirty Mouth Collective is a queer poetry community that showcases queer poets across so-called Australia. We create a zine and we are putting on some LIVE poetry events in 2023. In August we are taking over Punctum Inc’s ICU to host a night of queer poetry in Castlemaine on Djarra Country during Poetry Month.

The space will be lovingly held and MC’d by founding members and poets sunny xo and So.So.So. There will be a line-up of queer poets featuring Terry Jaensch, Nikki Viveca and Josie/Jocelyn Suzanne. We will then open the stage up to you for an open mic, so bring your notebooks along for a night of intimate sharing. 

There will be complimentary tea and biccies and the bar will be open for drinks by donation.
